 All union members and their family are eligible to receive 30 minutes of free legal service from a respected professional law firm. This legal counseling can be on issues from: Labor Law - which is matters, affecting your employment - EEO, Termination etc. Divorce Matters - Child Support, and Criminal Non-payment of support. Probate Matters - Wills & Estate Planning, Decedent Estates, Guardianship, Conservatorship. Criminal Matters - Felony, Misdemeanor, Drunk Driving, Traffic Maters. Real Estate - Residential, Commercial, Landlord Tenant.
Please make sure to contact the Union office for details. The attorneys will be more than pleased to meet with you here at the facility. As a Union member the initial 30 minute $75.00 to $250.00 cost will be waived, management has attorneys on staff and so should you. This arrangement will not affect the local's previous commitment on handling matter's such as arbitration costs as voted by the membership during the membership meetings, and is a separate and exclusive service in addition to what we already have access to.
